TILE WALL BASE PANEL AND TILING METHOD USING TILE WALL BASE PANEL
To provide a tile wall base panel for installing tiles on a wall surface of a building, a structure, etc.SOLUTION: A tile wall base panel B1 comprises: a metal base plate 3 slightly larger in height than a tile 4; an upper piece 50 formed forwardly at an upper edge of the base plate 3; and a joint component 51 formed at a front side of a lower edge of the base plate 3. The joint component 51 comprises: a lower curved piece 52 formed forwardly on the lower edge of the base plate 3; and a joint piece 53 formed on a front edge of the lower curved piece 52. The joint piece 53 is composed of: an upwardly-facing fastening portion 54 protruding higher and shorter than the lower curved piece 52; and a downwardly-facing fastening portion 55 hanging lower and longer than the lower curved piece 52. When another joint component 51 is assumed to be superimposed on an upper surface of the upper piece 50 of the base plate 3, the tile 4 can be installed by being fitted in a dropping fashion against the downwardly-facing fastening portion 55 of the assumed joint component 51 and the upwardly-facing fastening portion 54 of the joint component 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
【課題】建物や構築物等の壁面にタイルを施工するためのタイル壁用下地パネルを提供する。【解決手段】タイル壁用下地パネルＢ１は、タイル４より若干大きい高さの金属製の台板３と、台板３の上縁に前向きに形成された上片部５０と、台板３の下縁の前側に形成された目地構成部５１とを有する。目地構成部５１は、台板３の下縁に前向きに形成された下曲片５２と、下曲片５２の前縁に形成された目地片５３とを備え、目地片５３は、下曲片５２より上に高く短く突出する上向き係止部５４と、下曲片５２より下に長く垂下する下向き係止部５５とからなり、台板３の上片部５０の上面に別の目地構成部５１を重ねたものと仮定したとき、その仮定した目地構成部５１の下向き係止部５５と、目地構成部５１の上向き係止部５４とに対してタイル４をケンドン式に嵌め込んで装着しうるようにした。【選択図】 図１７
