PIPING JOINT
To provide a piping joint which is easy in installation work.SOLUTION: A piping joint 1 comprises: a cylindrical joint main body 10; a flange part 14 arranged at an external peripheral face of the joint main body 10, and having a flange-part side insertion hole 14a into which a screw fixed to a construction face is inserted; and a packing 50 for sealing a clearance between the flange part 14 and the construction face, having a center hole 50a into which the joint main body 10 is inserted, and also having a seal member-side insertion hole 50c into which the screw is inserted. A whirl-stop protrusion 15a is formed at an external peripheral face of the joint main body 10, and a whirl-stop recess 50b is formed at a peripheral edge of the center hole 50a of the packing 50. In a state that the whirl-stop protrusion 15a of the joint main body 10 and the whirl-stop recess 50b of the packing 50 are engaged with each other in a peripheral direction, the relative movement of the joint main body 10 and the packing 50 is prohibited.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 設置作業が容易な配管用継手を提供すること。【解決手段】 配管用継手1は、円筒状の継手本体10と、継手本体10の外周面に設けられ、施工面に対して固定するためのビスが挿通されるフランジ部側挿通孔14aを有するフランジ部14と、フランジ部14と施工面との間をシールするものであって、継手本体10が挿通された中心孔50aを有するとともにビスが挿通されるシール部材側挿通孔50cを有するパッキン50とを備えている。継手本体10の外周面には回り止め凸部15aが、パッキン50の中心孔50aの周縁には回り止め凹部50bがそれぞれ設けられている。継手本体10の回り止め凸部15aとパッキン50の回り止め凹部50bとが周方向に係合した状態では、継手本体10とパッキン50との相対回動が阻止される。【選択図】 図2
