To provide a stabilizing member between a slope frame and a slope, which prevent the slope from sliding due to its own weight without demolishing the slope frame and improve the stability of the slope.SOLUTION: A stabilizing member between a slope frame and a slope that engages with an upper part of a reinforcing material placed on the slope has a pedestal member having two side plates facing apart from each other and two connecting plates facing away from each other and perpendicular to the side plates, a nut that is screwed onto a head of the reinforcing material, and a plate located above a space surrounded by the side plate and the connecting plate of the pedestal member, through which the reinforcing material is inserted, and which engages with the nut. The side plate of the pedestal member has a base side, a front side that stands upright from one end of the base side, a rear side that stands upright from the other end of the base side, and an oblique side that extends from the rear side to the front side toward the base side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
