SLOPE FRAME CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING STEEL SLOPE FRAME MEMBER
To improve workability and quality without using an adjustable bag for absorbing unevenness of a slope face.SOLUTION: A lattice-like slope frame is constructed by installing in a lattice state, steel slope frame members 1 of an H-shaped cross section having a pair of flange parts 1b, 1b on both sides of web parts 1a on a slope face G, and end parts of the adjacent steel slope frame members 1 are connected with each other with connection members 2. The connection member 2 is formed of a plate, and has a central placing space forming plate part 2a and connection plate parts 2b, 2b extended from each of both ends of the placing space forming plate part 2a and connected in a state of one side superposed on the web part 1a of the steel slope frame member 1. An anchor member placing space is formed on the slope face by connecting the web parts 1a of the adjacent steel slope frame members with each other. Stiff-consistency mortar material 9 is filled in the anchor member placing space up to an upper end of the connection member 2, and after the stiff-consistency mortar material 9 is cured, the connection members 2 are fastened with a nut member 6 via a stress transmission plate 4 and a washer 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】法面等の斜面の不陸を吸収する調整袋が不要で、施工性および品質を向上させる。【解決手段】法面等の斜面G上にウエブ部1aの両側に一対のフランジ部1b,1bを有する断面H形状の鋼製法枠部材1を格子状に設置し、隣り合う鋼製法枠部材1の端部同士を連結部材2によりそれぞれ連結して格子状法枠を構築する際、連結部材2は、プレートからなり、中央の打設空間形成板部2aと、その打設空間形成板部2aの両端それぞれから延設され、一側面が鋼製法枠部材1のウエブ部1aに重ね合わせ状態で接続される接続板部2b,2bとを備え、隣接する鋼製法枠部材のウエブ部1a同士を連結して法面上にアンカー部材打設空間を形成し、そのアンカー部材打設空間に硬練モルタル材9を連結部材2の上端に達するまで充填し、硬練モルタル材9の硬化後に、応力伝達プレート4および座金5を介してナット部材6で締結する。【選択図】図2
