To provide a light control film capable of applying driving voltage by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A light control film comprises a first transparent support layer, a second transparent support layer, a first transparent electrode layer supported by the first transparent support layer, a second transparent electrode layer supported by the second transparent support layer, and a polymer dispersion type liquid crystal layer provided between the first transparent electrode layer and the second transparent electrode layer. The first transparent electrode layer includes a first insulating region and a plurality of first electrode regions mutually insulated through the first insulating region. The second transparent electrode layer includes a second insulating region and a plurality of second electrode regions partitioned through the second insulating region. The plurality of first electrode regions are respectively connected to different first terminals, and two or more of the plurality of second electrode regions are connected to a common second terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
