To fix a panel to a base material without or with a small gap mainly by simply fastening a fastening member from the surface side of the panel.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a panel fixing structure in which a panel 2 having a face material 4 attached to the surface of a panel frame 3 is fastened and fixed to a base material 5 installed on the back side of the panel 2 using a fastening member 6 from the front side of the panel 2. The fastening member 6 has a first screw portion 11 on the tip side that is screwed into both the base material 5 and the portion of the panel frame 3 on the base material 5 side, and has a second screw portion 12 on the rear end side that is screwed into a portion of the panel frame 3 on the face material 4 side. A pitch 22 of the second screw portion 12 is smaller than a pitch 21 of the first screw portion 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
