To provide a panel fixing structure that makes it easy to fix a panel to a wall surface.SOLUTION: A panel fixing structure comprises: a substrate material 40 fixed to a wall surface 10; a hat-shaped member 30 having a web 32 arranged parallel to the wall surface 10, a flange 34 protruding from both sides of the web 32 in a width direction toward the wall surface 10, and an arm 36 extending from an end of the flange 34 to the outside of the web 32 and fixed to the substrate material 40 from a front surface; and a panel 20 screwed to the web 32 from the front surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
