To provide a compartment penetration processing structure, a method for constructing a compartment penetration processing structure, and a compartment penetration processing material, capable of reducing variation in fire resistance performance and improving fire resistance performance.SOLUTION: A compartment penetration processing structure is a compartment penetration processing structure 10 in which a compartment penetration part 15 formed in a partition part 11 of a building and into which a long insertion body 21 is inserted has a fireproof structure, and comprises a first cover member 5 that closes at least a part of a gap between an opening 13C of the compartment penetration part 15 provided in the partition part 11 and the insertion body 21. The first cover member 5 has at least a fireproof material layer made of at least one of a fireproof putty material and a thermally-expandable expansion material.
