To provide a compartment penetration treatment structure, a construction method of the compartment penetration treatment structure, and a compartment penetration treatment material that can reduce variations in fire resistance performance and improve fire resistance performance.SOLUTION: Provided is a compartment penetration treatment structure in which a compartment penetration portion 15 formed in a partition portion 11 of a building and into which a long insertion body 21 is inserted has a fireproof structure. The compartment penetration treatment structure includes: a thermally expandable sheet member 3 which can be deformed from a sheet shape to a sleeve shape and at least a portion of which is inserted into an opening 13A of the compartment penetration portion 15 provided in the partition portion 11 in a state of being deformed into a sleeve shape with the ends overlapping each other, and which is arranged along the inner surface of the opening 13A; and an overlapping auxiliary portion 30 that is provided on the thermally expandable sheet member 3 and hides a gap caused by overlapping ends or guides the ends to overlap each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
