METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING SHRINK-FITTING MEMBER
To provide a method for manufacturing a shrink-fitting member, which easily and stably disposes a hollow columnar ceramic body at a prescribed position in a metal pipe and can manufacture a shrink-fitting member high in productivity and quality at low cost.SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing a shrink-fitting member disposes and shrink-fits, in a metal pipe, a hollow columnar ceramic body 10 having an outer peripheral surface 11 and an inner peripheral surface 12 in a direction roughly parallel to an axis direction X and a first end surface 13 and a second end surface 14 in a direction Y roughly perpendicular to the axial direction X. This manufacturing method grips and disposes the hollow columnar ceramic body 10 in the metal pipe by using a chuck mechanism 30 provided with a grip 31 which can grip at least a part of the inner peripheral surface 12 of the hollow columnar ceramic body 10 and a projected part 32 having a surface which can come into contact with at least a part of the first end surface 13 of the hollow columnar ceramic body 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】金属管内の所定の位置に中空型の柱状セラミックス体を容易且つ安定的に配置し、生産性及び品質が高い焼き嵌め部材を低コストで製造することが可能な焼き嵌め部材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】軸方向Xと略平行な方向に外周面11及び内周面12、軸方向Xと略垂直な方向Yに第1端面13及び第2端面14を有する中空型の柱状セラミックス体10を金属管内に配置して焼き嵌めする焼き嵌め部材の製造方法である。この製造方法は、中空型の柱状セラミックス体10の内周面12の少なくとも一部を把持可能な把持部31と、中空型の柱状セラミックス体10の第1端面13の少なくとも一部と接触可能な面を有する突起部32とを備えるチャック機構30を用いて、中空型の柱状セラミックス体10を把持しつつ金属管内に配置する。【選択図】図4
