To provide a window shutter capable of improving wind pressure resistance.SOLUTION: The window shutter with a shutter curtain 5 for opening/closing a space formed with a shutter storage housing provided to a building frame protruding outdoor, left and right side frames, and a floor FL. The side frames are constituted of a guide rail base frame 3 and a guide rail 4. In the lower part of the guide rail base frame 3, a side frame opening prevention member 7 is provided. The side frame opening prevention member 7 is provided with a bottom portion 70 that closes to or abuts the lower end of the side frame and closes the lower end of the side frame. The bottom portion 70 is provided with a rising piece 75 formed in contact with or close to the lower end portion of the outdoor facing surface of the side frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】窓シャッターにおける耐風圧性能を向上させる。【解決手段】躯体に持ち出し状に設けたシャッター収納部及び左右の側枠と、床面ＦＬと、で形成される空間をシャッターカーテン５が開閉する窓シャッターにおいて、側枠はガイドレール下地枠３とガイドレール４とからなり、ガイドレール下地枠３の下方部位には、側枠開き防止部材７が設けてある。側枠開き防止部材７は、側枠の下端に近接ないし当接して当該側枠の下端を塞ぐ底面部７０を備えており、底面部７０には、前記側枠の屋外側見付面の下端部位に当接ないし近接する立ち上がり片７５が形成されている。【選択図】図４
