To easily create a small block having a prescribed size, and to perform efficient placing management.SOLUTION: A concrete placing management device comprises: an acquisition part for acquiring the three-dimensional design information of a construction; a division reference point setting part for setting a first division reference point which is included in the acquired three-dimensional design information, and becomes a reference for dividing first focused large block data into small blocks having prescribed sizes in the first focused large block data which are focused out of a plurality of pieces of large block data indicating a construction region which is set on the basis of a quantity of concrete which can be placed within a prescribed period; an axial line creation part for creating a first axial line and a second axial line extending to two arbitrary directions from the first division reference point, and a third axial line extending from the first division reference point to a direction which is vertical to a plane including the first axial line and the second axial line; and a small block creation part for creating a plurality of the small blocks which are obtained by dividing the first focused large block data in which the first axial line, the second axial line and the third axial line are divided along the first axial line, the second axial line and the third axial line at prescribed intervals or by a prescribed division number with the first division reference point as an original point.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
