To manage concrete placement more easily.SOLUTION: A concrete placing management device includes: a first detection part for detecting shipment of ready mixed-concrete by an agitator vehicle from a manufacturing plant of the ready mixed-concrete; a first identification number acquisition part for acquiring an identification number to identify an agitator vehicle, in the case that shipment of ready mixed-concrete has been detected by the first detection part; a first recording part for recording ready mixed-concrete information containing information related to ready mixed-concrete, and shipment time of the ready mixed-concrete, in association with each other, on the basis of the identification number acquired by the first identification number acquisition part; a second detection part for detecting arrival of an agitator vehicle to a placing place; a second identification number acquisition part for acquiring an identification number to identify an agitator vehicle, in the case that arrival of an agitator vehicle to a placing place has been detected by the second detection part; and a second recording part for recording arrival time of an agitator vehicle, as arrival time of ready mixed-concrete, in association with the ready mixed-concrete information, on the basis of the identification number acquired by the second identification number acquisition part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
