To provide a concrete placement management device capable of easily setting pouring order in small block groups when multiple pouring layers with the same or similar shape are repeated.SOLUTION: The concrete placement management device includes: an acquisition unit that acquires a piece of 3D design information of a structure in which the 3D design information of a structure having split data in which the 3D design information of the structure is divided into large blocks of a predetermined size and each large block is divided into small blocks of a predetermined size; a block number reception unit that, in the first small block group in a predetermined layer of each layer divided by a plane perpendicular to the height direction of the large block, a block number indicating the order of concrete placement is given to a small block belonging to the first small block group and receives an assigned block number along with the corresponding small block data; and a giving unit that, in the second small block group of a layer different from the predetermined layer, the block number is given to each small block belonging to the second small block group based on the concrete placement order based on the block number assigned in the first small block group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
