METHOD OF ASSEMBLING BUILDING PANEL AND SHEET GUIDING JIG USED FOR ASSEMBLING BUILDING PANEL
To provide a method of assembling a building panel with high airtightness and high thermal insulation that can simultaneously improve quality and save labor in construction work, and a sheet guiding jig used in assembling the building panel.SOLUTION: In a method of assembling a floor panel 1 in which an airtight sheet 5 is installed between joists 2 and a heat insulation material 3 is interposed, a first joist 2 and a second joist 2 are arranged so as to be arranged at a predetermined interval. Next, the long airtight sheet 5 is laid between the first joist 2 and the second joist 2. Then, a sheet guiding jig 10 is fitted between the first joist 2 and the second joist 2 via the airtight sheet 5, and a heat insulating material storage recessed part S capable of storing the heat insulation material 3 is formed between the first joist 2 and the second joist 2. After the airtight sheet 5 is installed on the joist 2 with a double-sided tape, the heat insulation material 3 is placed in the heat insulating material storage recessed part S, and finally a flooring material 4 is fixed on the first joist 2 and the second joist 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4B
【課題】品質の向上と施工作業の省力化を両立させることができる高気密性及び高断熱性建築パネルの組立方法と、建築パネルを組み立てる際に用いられるシート案内用治具を提供する。【解決手段】根太２の間に気密シート５を架設するとともに断熱材３を介在させた床パネル１の組立方法は、最初に、所定の間隔を隔てて第一の根太２と第二の根太２が並ぶように配置する。次に、長尺な気密シート５を第一の根太２及び第二の根太２の間に架け渡す。続いて、気密シート５を介して第一の根太２及び第二の根太２の間にシート案内用治具１０を嵌合し、第一の根太２及び第二の根太２の間に、断熱材３を収容可能な断熱材収容凹部Ｓを形成する。気密シート５を両面テープによって根太２に架設した後に、断熱材収容凹部Ｓに断熱材３を配設し、最後に第一の根太２及び第二の根太２に床面材４を固定する。【選択図】図４Ｂ
