To provide a waterproof sheet joining device capable of continuously placing a nozzle and a roller that a supply device has, with good positional accuracy, corresponding to an overlap portion between the waterproof sheets at the time of the movement, even when a forward movement of the waterproof sheet joining device is carried out by pushing forward the waterproof sheet joining part, and a waterproof sheet joining method using the waterproof sheet joining device.SOLUTION: A waterproof sheet joining device 1 includes a supply system 10, a vehicle body 91, and a wheel 92B and a caster 92C that are rotatably supported by the vehicle body 91, and a travelling system 9 that travels together with the supply system 10, wherein a frame 94 that the vehicle body 91 has is, on a lower side thereof, provided with two wheels 92B on the front side of the frame 94, on a rear side of the frame 94, two casters 92C are provided, and, in addition, on an upper side of the frame 94, behind the frame 94, a handle 93 is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】防水シート接合装置の前方への移動が、作業者が防水シート接合装置を前方側に押すことで実施されたとしても、この移動の際に、供給装置が備えるノズルおよびローラを、防水シート同士の重なり部に対応して、継続的に位置精度よく配置させることができる防水シート接合装置、および、かかる防水シート接合装置を用いた防水シート接合方法を提供すること。【解決手段】防水シート接合装置１は、供給系１０と、車体９１と、この車体９１に回転可能に支持された車輪９２Ｂとキャスター９２Ｃとを有し、供給系１０ごと走行する走行系９とを備え、車体９１が備えるフレーム９４は、その下側において、フレーム９４の前方側に２つの車輪９２Ｂが設けられ、フレーム９４の後方側に２つのキャスター９２Ｃが設けられ、さらに、フレーム９４の上側において、フレーム９４の後方側にハンドル９３が設けられている。【選択図】図１
