To provide a waterproof sheet joining device capable of relatively easily arranging a tip end of a nozzle to an overlapping portion of waterproof sheets, and such a waterproof sheet joining method using the waterproof sheet joining device.SOLUTION: A waterproof sheet joining device 1 includes a supply system 10 that supplies a liquid material, a vehicle body 91, wheels 92B rotatably supported by the vehicle body 91, and a traveling system 9 that travels together with the supply system 10, the traveling system 9 has a nozzle support part 3 arranged on a front side of the vehicle body 91 and supporting a nozzle 5, and the nozzle support part 3 supports the nozzle 5 rotatably with a vertical direction as a center of rotation, and, with respect to the forward direction, the tip end of the nozzle 5 is configured to be able to take a first position and a second position located in a direction perpendicular to a positive angle and a negative angle, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
