DOOR OPENING RESTRICTION DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
To provide a door opening restriction device for a vehicle, for enabling a vehicle door to be slowly opened while applying a load thereto during a time when it is fully opened from its properly opened position, and to be smoothly closed as usual when it is closed, while enabling it to be opened with usual operating force by cancelling the load as necessary.SOLUTION: In a vehicle door D which is hinge-connected to a pillar P of a vehicle body and through and in a front end D1 of which a door check stay L1 of a door check link L having a front end pivoted to the pillar P is inserted and supported so as to be horizontally movable forward and backward, load means 1 is provided which is composed of a circular-arc gear 4 which is linked to the base end of the door check stay L1 via properly transmitting means 3 so as to freely reciprocate and rock and a pinion 6 with a rotary damper 5 which engages with the circular-arc gear 4 during a time when the vehicle door D is fully opened from its properly opened position and to which braking force is imparted only in the rotating direction corresponding to the door opening direction. The pinion 6 with the rotary damper 5 of the load means 1 is detachably provided on the circular-arc gear 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】車両扉の適宜開放位置から全開するまでの間は負荷をかけてゆっくりと開扉でき、閉鎖時は通常通り抵抗なく閉扉できる様にすると共に、必要に応じて前記負荷を解除し、通常通りの操作力で以て開扉できる様にした車両の開扉規制装置を提供する。【解決手段】車体のピラーＰにヒンジ連結され、先端がピラーＰに枢着されたドアチェックリンクＬのドアチェックステーL1を前端部D1に水平進退自在に挿通支持した車両扉Ｄにおいて、前記ドアチェックステーL1の基端に適宜伝動手段３を介して往復揺動自在に連繋した円弧歯車４と、該円弧歯車４に車両扉Ｄの適宜開放位置から全開するまでの間に噛合すると共に、開扉方向に対応する回転方向にのみ制動力が付与されるロータリーダンパー５付きピニオン６とからなる負荷手段１を設け、該負荷手段１におけるロータリーダンパー５付きピニオン６は円弧歯車４に着脱自在に設ける。【選択図】図５
