To allow a work machine to travel more safely.SOLUTION: A management device 200 acquires positional information of a shovel 100 from the shovel 100, and based on the positional information of the shovel 100, generates a safety map M in which a travel region TA where the shovel 100 has traveled is displayed on a map. That is, a region which has a traveling record of the shovel 100 can be displayed on a map as a traveling possible region. 【課題】作業機械をより安全に走行させる。【解決手段】管理装置２００は、ショベル１００から当該ショベル１００の位置情報を取得し、このショベル１００の位置情報に基づいて、ショベル１００が走行した走行領域ＴＡを地図表示した安全マップＭを生成する。すなわち、ショベル１００の走行実績がある領域を走行可能領域として地図表示することができる。したがって、禁止領域を含まない領域を走行可能領域としていた従来と異なり、より確実に走行できる領域を提示することができる。【選択図】図３
