To provide a component that can be used in a shutter material with both scratch resistance and aesthetic design, specifically, a decorative laminate with scratch resistance.SOLUTION: A decorative laminate 10 according to an embodiment has a pattern layer 4 and a top coat layer 5 which are placed in this order on one side 1a of a metal plate 1. The other side 1b of the metal plate 1 is provided with a rear coat layer 6. The top coat layer 5 or the rear coat layer 6 has resin beads added thereto.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
