WATERPROOF SHEET JOINING DEVICE AND WATERPROOF SHEET JOINING METHOD
To provide a waterproof sheet joining device capable of stably joining waterproof sheets with each other at an overlapping part between the waterproof sheets from a state where a storage amount of a liquid material stored in a storage part is full until a state where the storage amount becomes small due to use of the same, and a waterproof sheet joining method using the waterproof sheet joining device.SOLUTION: A waterproof sheet joining device 1 has a supply system 10 to supply a liquid material and a travel system 9 to travel together with the supply system 10. The supply system 10 has a storage part 2 that stores the liquid material and a nozzle 5 that discharges the liquid material to an overlapping part 101. A nozzle discharge flow rate of the liquid material discharged from the nozzle 5 when the amount of the liquid material stored in the storage part 2 is full is set to 1.0 mL/s or more and 1.6 mL/s or less. A nozzle discharge flow rate of the liquid material discharged from the nozzle 5 when the amount of the liquid material stored in the storage part 2 is 1/3 of the full amount is set to 0.8 mL/s or more and 1.2 mL/s or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】貯留部に貯留された液状材料の貯留量が満量であるときから、その使用により、少量となったときまで、防水シート同士の重なり部における、防水シート同士の接合を、安定的に実施することができる防水シート接合装置、および、かかる防水シート接合装置を用いた防水シート接合方法を提供すること。【解決手段】防水シート接合装置１は、液状材料を供給する供給系１０と、供給系１０ごと走行する走行系９とを備え、供給系１０は、液状材料を貯留する貯留部２と、液状材料を重なり部１０１に吐出するノズル５とを有し、貯留部２に貯留される液状材料が満量であるときにノズル５から吐出される液状材料のノズル吐出流量が１．０ｍＬ／ｓ以上１．６ｍＬ／ｓ以下に設定され、貯留部２に貯留される前記液状材料が満量に対して１／３であるときにノズル５から吐出される液状材料のノズル吐出流量が０．８ｍＬ／ｓ以上１．２ｍＬ／ｓ以下に設定されている。【選択図】図１
