METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING SUSPENDED SCAFFOLD, AND METHOD FOR REMOVING SUSPENDED SCAFFOLD
To provide a method for constructing a suspended scaffold, and a method for removing the suspended scaffold, by which an installation work of the suspended scaffold can be safely performed and a maintenance work can be performed safely without being adversely affected by wind.SOLUTION: A method for constructing a suspended scaffold for performing maintenance work on a superstructure BG of a bridge B1 comprises a work gantry assembly step for assembling a pair of work gantry 2, 2' adjacent to two parallel substructures P1, P2 of the bridge B1, a suspended scaffold assembly step in which one span of a suspended scaffold 3 is assembled on one of the work gantry 2 of the pair of work gantries assembled in the previous step, a suspended scaffold delivery step for sending out one span of the assembled suspended scaffold 3, and a suspended scaffold assembly step for assembling one span of a new suspended scaffold 3 in a space on one of the empty work gantry 2. Sequentially, the suspended scaffold assembly step and suspended scaffold delivery step are repeated until one span of the first assembled suspended scaffold 3 reaches the other work gantry. The suspended scaffold 3 is constructed that spans the entire lower surface of the superstructure BG for one span of the bridge B1 on which maintenance work is to be performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】吊り足場の設置作業が安全に行えるとともに、風による悪影響を受けることなく安全にメンテナンス作業が可能である吊り足場の構築方法及び吊り足場の撤去方法を提供する。【解決手段】橋梁B1の上部構造BGのメンテナンス作業を行う吊り足場の構築方法であって、橋梁B1の並設された2つの下部構造P1,P2に隣接して一対の作業構台2,2’を組み立てる作業構台組立工程と、前工程で組み立てた前記一対の作業構台の一方の作業構台2の上で吊り足場3の1スパン分を組み立てる吊り足場組立工程を行い、次に、組み立てた吊り足場3の1スパン分を送り出す吊り足場送出工程を行い、その空いた一方の作業構台2上のスペースで新たな吊り足場3の1スパン分を組み立てる吊り足場組立工程を行い、順次、吊り足場組立工程と吊り足場送出工程を最初に組み立てた吊り足場3の1スパン分が他方の作業構台に到達するまで繰り返し、メンテナンス作業を行う橋梁B1の一径間分の上部構造BGの下面全域に亘る吊り足場3を構築する。【選択図】図1
