To provide a room structure allowing various usage according to a life style of a resident.SOLUTION: A roof structure of an apartment house is provided with a first separation wall 15 facing a veranda 11, a second separation wall 16 extending in a direction intersecting to the first separation wall 15, a first window 20 positioned in the first separation wall 15, a first partition wall 43 facing the first window 20, a second partition wall 51 facing the second separation wall 16 and positioned apart from the first separation wall 43, and a table top plate 52 supported with the second separation wall 16 and the second partition wall 51. No partition is placed between above the table top plate 52 and the first window 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】居住者の生活に応じて多様な使い方ができる部屋構造を提供する。【解決手段】集合住宅の部屋構造は、ベランダ１１に面する第１界壁１５と、第１界壁１５と交差する方向へ延びる第２界壁１６と、第１界壁１５に位置する第１窓２０と、第１窓２０と対向する第１仕切壁４３と、第２界壁１６と対向しており、第１仕切壁４３と間隔を空けて位置する第２仕切壁５１と、第２界壁１６と第２仕切壁５１とに支持されるテーブル天板５２と、を備える構造である。テーブル天板５２の上方と第１窓２０との間は仕切られていない。【選択図】図２
