ROOM LAYOUT STRUCTURE OF DWELLING UNIT IN APARTMENT HOUSE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a living space excellent in easiness-to-use, by simply and efficiently realizing a good balance between a communication space for gathering a family and a private space.SOLUTION: A room layout structure of a dwelling unit 1 in an apartment house comprises a common corridor 2 arranged on one side along a plurality of continuously arranged dwelling units and a balcony 3 arranged on the other side. Between the common corridor 2 and the balcony 3, a main entrance 10 directly connected to the common corridor 2, a public room (a living and dining room) 20 directly connected to the main entrance 10, a kitchen 30 directly connected to the public room 20 and habitable rooms 40 and 41 facing the balcony 3, are included in this order toward the balcony 3 from the common corridor 2, and the kitchen 30 is commonly used as a movement space for connecting the public room 20 with the habitable rooms 40 and 41 facing the balcony.
【課題】家族等が集うコミュニケーション空間とプライベート空間をシンプルかつ効率的に両立した、使い勝手の良い居住空間を提供する。【解決手段】連続配置された複数の住戸に沿ってその一方の側に配置された共用廊下２と、他方の側に配置されたバルコニー３とを備えた集合住宅における住戸１の間取り構造であって、共用廊下２とバルコニー３との間で、共用廊下２に直に接続する玄関１０、該玄関１０に直に接続するパブリックルーム（リビング・ダイニング）２０、該パブリックルーム２０に直に接続するキッチン３０、バルコニー３に面する居室４０，４１を、夫々、共用廊下２からバルコニー３に向けて順に備え、キッチン３０を、パブリックルーム２０とバルコニーに面する居室４０，４１とをつなぐ移動空間として兼用した。【選択図】図１
