RESIN JOINT AND DRAIN PIPING STRUCTURE
To provide a resin joint reduced in possibility of entering of the drain from an upper floor into a horizontal branch pipe by hitting on a projection, while parting the cylindrical water film formed by a drain flow by the projection.SOLUTION: A resin joint 100 includes a body part that has a rising pipe connection part 102 connectable to an upstream rising pipe 200 at an upper end, a horizontal branch pipe connection part 104 connectable to a horizontal branch pipe 400 at a side face, and a lower pipe connection part 103 connectable to a downstream pipe member at a lower end, respectively. In the resin joint 100, on the upstream side of the horizontal pipe connection part 104, six water film cutting projections 150 are formed with 60 degrees intervals on an inner peripheral surface of a rising pipe receiving port 120I connected to the rising pipe connection part 102. The resin joint 100 has a pipe wall 105I formed by extending a roughly cylindrical lower part of the rising pipe receiving port 120I, as a flow-in preventing mechanism preventing flow-in of the drain to the horizontal branch pipe 400 by the projections 150.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】排水流により形成される筒状(筒型)の水膜を突起により分断しつつ、上階からの排水がその突起にあたり横枝管に入る可能性を低減させる樹脂製継手を提供する。【解決手段】樹脂製継手100は、上流側の上立て管200に接続可能な上方立て管接続部102を上端に、横枝管400に接続可能な横枝管接続部104を側面に、下流側の配管部材に接続可能な下方配管接続部103を下端に、それぞれ有する本体部を含む。この樹脂製継手100は、横枝管接続部104よりも上流側において、上方立て管接続部102に接続される立て管受口120Iの内周面に60度間隔で6個の水膜切断用の突起150が形成され、樹脂製継手100は、突起150による横枝管400への排水の流入を防止する流入防止機構として、立て管受口120Iの略円筒形状の下方が延長されて形成された管壁105Iを備える。【選択図】図10
