To provide a technology to improve an obstacle detection accuracy for a shutter.SOLUTION: A current value detection part 424 detects a current value output to a motor 86. A position detection part 416 detects a position of rotation of the motor 86. Current values for a plurality of positions of rotation of the motor 86 are detected, and a storage part 432 stores a reference value for each position based on the current value. When a shutter curtain is fed out from a winding shaft, a determination part 430 acquires a reference value corresponding to a position detected by the position detection part 416 from the storage part 432 and determines contact between the shutter curtain and an obstacle based on the reference value and the current value detected by the current value detection part 424.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
