To provide an inter-story fireproof and soundproof device, an inter-story fireproof and soundproof method, and an inter-story fireproof and soundproof structure that can ensure fireproof performance of a gap formed between a floor 200 and an outer wall 300 and suppress noise between upper and lower floors.SOLUTION: A core material 110 made of a center material 111 which is a fireproof and sound-absorbing material having fireproof and sound-absorbing properties is filled to close a gap, and a sound insulating portion 150 is provided so as to close the gap between an upper surface of a floor 200 and a lower surface of the floor 200 in the gap.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
