To provide panel support structure and a panel support tool that can suppress a panel deformation due to wind pressure while supporting the panel with two sides.SOLUTION: A panel support structure 1 comprises a substantially rectangular panel 3 in a plan view constituting a curtain wall, a pair of panel support tools 2 provided across substantially total length at marginal parts of parallel two sides of the panel and supporting the panel, and a sealant 4 provided between the panel and the panel support tool and connecting the panel and the panel support tool. The thickness of the sealant has an inner end thicker than an outer end in the panel thickness direction. The length between the outer end and the inner end of the sealant is longer than the thickness of the outer end of the sealant and a thickness of the inner end of the sealant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
