MANUFACTURING METHOD AND RECYCLING MODEL FOR RECYCLED PORCELAIN PRODUCTS
To provide a method for producing a recycled porcelain product and a recycling model therefor, which can be profitable and make it possible to obtain a new recycled porcelain product for each material without damaging the original shape of porcelain material to be recycled.SOLUTION: A method 10 for manufacturing a recycled porcelain product from a to-be-recycled porcelain material that retains its original form without being crushed includes: a step of grinder grinding 20 to remove the edge damages of to-be-recycled porcelain material by grinding; a step of sandblast polishing 30 in which the surface display part of the to-be-recycled porcelain material is removed by sandblasting; a firing step 40 in which the to-be-recycled porcelain material is heated and fired after both the grinder grinding step and the sandblast polishing step, so that the surface glaze of the to-be-recycled porcelain material is melted and processed into a plain surface, and a step of in-grace processing 50, in which transfer paper is pasted on the plain surface, and the to-be-recycled porcelain material is heated and fired to allow pigment in the transfer paper to sink into the glaze by in-grace processing to make a new display area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
