Waste porcelain powder recycling method
The invention relates to a ceramic waste treatment method, in particular to a waste ceramic powder recycling method. The method comprises the following steps: (1) crushing waste ceramic until a particle diameter is not more than 5 mm; (2) preparing slurry, wherein a dry slurry material comprises 8% of quartz sand, 11% of clay feldspar, 23% of kaolin, 10% of pyrophyllite, 13% of sericite, 18% of illite clay, 8% of black mud and 9% of the waste ceramic powder; and (3) conducting grinding for 3-5 hours by adopting a wet ball mill, and conducting sieving with a 350-mesh sieve until residues on the sieve is less than 6.0%, thereby obtaining the slurry for ceramic production. By reasonably adjusting the proportions of other raw materials in a slurry formula, the addition amount of the waste ceramic powder can be increased to 9%, the performance of the slurry and finished ceramic cannot be changed, and product quality is guaranteed; and the utilization rate of the waste ceramic powder in the prior art is far higher than an existing level of the same industry, waste ceramic produced by a factory can be completely recycled, production cost and waste treatment cost are reduced, and economic benefits and social benefits are improved.
