To appropriately determine whether an unmanned vehicle should stop traveling or continue traveling.SOLUTION: A work site managing system comprises: a priority storage unit that stores a priority related to a continuation of travelling of an unmanned vehicle at a work site; an input signal acquisition unit that acquires an input signal related to a stop of traveling of the unmanned vehicle; a determination unit that determines whether to continue traveling or stop traveling for each of the plurality of unmanned vehicles traveling at the work site based on the priority and the input signal; and an output unit that outputs a travel stop command to the unmanned vehicle for which it has been determined to stop traveling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
