SAFETY DEVICE FOR GRIPPING-TYPE DIGGING POLE ERECTION VEHICLE
To provide a safety device for a gripping-type digging pole erection vehicle, which can prevent falling of a gripped object.SOLUTION: This safety device for a gripping-type digging pole erection vehicle comprises: an operation control unit 101 that controls supplying/discharging of pressure oil to/from a gripper cylinder 99 in accordance with an operation of a gripper opening/closing operation lever 32g; a gripper cylinder pressure detector 141 that detects pressure in a rod side oil chamber of the gripper cylinder 99; a gripping determination unit 103 that determines gripping of an object by a gripper when the pressure detected by the gripper cylinder pressure detector 141 is equal to or higher than first set pressure; and a gripping force control unit 104 that executes control for supplying pressure oil to the rod side oil chamber when the gripping determination unit 103 determines gripping of the object by the gripper and the pressure detected by the gripper cylinder pressure detector 141 is equal to or lower than second set pressure higher than the first set pressure in a state where the gripper opening/closing operation lever 32g is not operated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】把持した対象物の落下を防止することのできる把持式穴掘建柱車の安全装置を提供する。【解決手段】把持式穴掘建柱車の安全装置は、把持部開閉操作レバー32gの操作に応じてグリッパシリンダ99への圧油の給排を制御する作動制御部101と、グリッパシリンダ99のロッド側油室の圧力を検出するグリッパシリンダ圧力検出器141と、グリッパシリンダ圧力検出器141の検出圧力が第1設定圧力以上である場合に、把持部が対象物を把持していることを判定する把持判定部103と、把持判定部103において把持部が対象物を把持していることが判定され、且つ、把持部開閉操作レバー32gの操作が行われていない状態で、グリッパシリンダ圧力検出器141の検出圧力が第1設定圧力よりも大きい第2設定圧力以下となる場合に、ロッド側油室に圧油を供給する制御を実行する把持力制御部104とを備えている。【選択図】図9
