TAMPING TOOL, CRUSH COMPACTING DEVICE, AND CRUSH COMPACTING METHOD
To provide a tamping tool capable of tamping a waste disposal site with excellent rolling compaction efficiency by crushing waste material such as clods, rocks, concrete debris, glass debris, waste plastic debris, and rubble deposited in the waste disposal site.SOLUTION: As a tool for compacting waste while crushing it, a tamping tool comprises: a rod member which is extended in a vertical direction and whose upper end part is configured to make a breaker freely insertable and detachable; a rolling compaction plate which is attached on a lower end part of the rod member; and a plurality of crushing parts which are projected from a lower surface of the rolling compaction plate, wherein the lower surface of the rolling compaction plate and the crushing part compact a surface layer of a waste disposal site while the crushing part crushes the waste when the rod member receives striking force from the breaker in a state that the upper end part of the rod member is inserted into the breaker and the lower surface of the rolling compaction plate and the crushing part are arranged so as to be pressed against the waste.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】廃棄物処分場に堆積されている土塊、岩、コンクリートくず、ガラスくず、廃プラスチック類、がれきなどの廃棄物を破砕して優れた転圧効率で廃棄物処分場を締め固める。【解決手段】この発明は、廃棄物を破砕しながら締め固めるための工具として、上下方向に延設されるとともに、上端部がブレーカの挿脱自在に仕上げられたロッド部材と、ロッド部材の下端部に取り付けられる転圧板と、転圧板の下面から突設される複数の破砕部と、を備え、ロッド部材の上端部がブレーカに挿入されるとともに転圧板の下面および破砕部が廃棄物に押し付けるように配置された状態でロッド部材がブレーカからの打撃力を受けることで、破砕部が廃棄物を破砕しながら転圧板の下面および破砕部が廃棄物処分場の表層を締め固めるタンピング工具が用いられる。【選択図】図1
