To provide a magnetic wall fitting article that can be readily detached without impairing magnetic attraction force to a magnetic wall, and to provide a magnetic wall fitting system.SOLUTION: A magnetic wall fitting article 2 detachably fitted to a magnetic wall 1 with magnetic attraction force includes: an article body 20 including a back plate 22 comprising a rigid body and serving as a fitting object to the magnetic wall 1; and a magnet sheet 3 affixed to the back plate 22. The magnet sheet 3 includes a non-affixing region 3N continuously non-affixing to the back plate 22 in a substantially lower half part of a facing region 3B facing the back plate 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
