ROAD SURFACE CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND ROAD SURFACE STRUCTURE
To provide a road surface having durability against repeated traveling of a vehicle, stationary steering of a tire at the time of parking and traveling of a vehicle fitted with a chain at the time of snowfall, reduced in curing shrinkage and excellent in weather ability.SOLUTION: A road surface construction method includes: a waterproof layer forming step of forming, on a road surface base, a waterproof layer having waterproofness selected from the group consisting of an acrylic rubber coating film waterproof layer, an urethane rubber coating film waterproof layer, a vinyl chloride sheet waterproof layer, and a synthetic rubber sheet waterproof layer; and a protective layer forming step of forming a hard protective layer as an upper layer of the waterproof layer directly or via an adhesive layer by using an aqueous hard urethane-based cement material containing at least a polyol resin, an isocyanate resin, and hydraulic cement, wherein the ratio of an aliphatic isocyanate resin to the total isocyanate resin contained in the aqueous hard urethane cement material is 0.5 or more in an NCO equivalent ratio. The road surface structure comprises the waterproof layer and the hard protective layer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】繰返しの車両走行や駐車する際のタイヤの据え切り、降雪時のチェーンを装着した車両走行に対する耐久性を有するとともに、硬化収縮が少なく耐候性に優れる路面を得ること。【解決手段】路面下地に、防水性を有し、アクリルゴム塗膜防水層、ウレタンゴム塗膜防水層、塩ビシート防水層及び合成ゴムシート防水層からなる群より選ばれる何れかの防水層を形成する防水層形成工程と、少なくとも、ポリオール樹脂、イソシアネート樹脂及び水硬性セメントを含む水性硬質ウレタン系セメント材料を用いて硬質保護層を前記防水層の上層として直接または接着層を介して形成する保護層形成工程とを有し、前記水性硬質ウレタン系セメント材料に含まれる全イソシアネート樹脂に対する脂肪族系イソシアネート樹脂の比率が、NCO当量比で、0.5以上である路面の施工方法。前記防水層と前記硬質保護層とからなる路面構造。【選択図】なし
