To provide handrail mounting hardware that can be utilized when installing handrails along a sliver.SOLUTION: An embodiment of the present invention comprises: a clamp 2 attached to a sliver; a body pipe 3 attached to the clamp 2; a push bolt 5 fixing a handrail support pipe 4 inserted into the body pipe 3; and self-rotation restricting means 6 that limits the rotation of the body pipe 3 to within a range of 180 degrees. A strip plate 12 inserted inside the handrail support pipe 4 so that the width direction is aligned to the diameter direction of the handrail support pipe 4 is fixed. The self-rotation restricting means 6 consists of a long hole 15 provided in the circumferential wall of the body pipe 3 along the circumferential direction within 180 degrees, and a self-rotation restricting bolt 16 fastened from this long hole 15 through through holes 14a/14b in the handrail support pipe 4 to a mounting screw hole 13. When the self-rotation restricting bolt 16 is positioned at either end of the semicircular hole 15, the push bolt 5 is aligned with the cross section in the width direction of the strip plate 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
