HIGH-PRESSURE INJECTION NOZZLE DEVICE AND FOUNDATION IMPROVEMENT DEVICE HAVING THE SAME
To solve problems of a conventional high-pressure injection nozzle device including the necessity of much manufacturing cost due to the use of an air cover with a plurality of inclined grooves formed on an inner peripheral surface thereof, the necessity of replacement of the air cover every time the air cover is damaged by an injected and splashed curing liquid (including crushed solid material and foundation), and the necessity of much repair and replacement cost every time the air cover is replaced.SOLUTION: The present invention can suppress a manufacturing cost and a repair and replacement cost lower as an outer peripheral inclined groove member 32A having inclined grooves inclined obliquely in substantially the same direction toward a tip direction is formed on an inner peripheral surface, and can sufficiently increase injection arrival distance of a curing liquid injected from a high-pressure injection nozzle device as a compressed air injected from a tip between an inner peripheral surface of an air cover 25 and an outer peripheral surface of the outer peripheral groove member 32A can be rotated around a cement milk injected from a nozzle body part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】従来の高圧噴射ノズル装置は、内周面に傾斜溝が複数個形成されたエアカバーを用いているので、多くの製造費が必要となるとともに、エアカバーは、噴射されて跳ね返った硬化材液(粉砕された固形物および地盤を含む)により損傷し、損傷される毎にエアカバーの交換が必要となり、エアカバーを交換する毎に多額の修理交換費が必要となる問題があった。【解決手段】本発明は、内周面に先端方向に向かって斜め略同方向に傾斜する傾斜溝が形成されている外周傾斜溝部材32Aが設けられているので、製造費および修理交換費を安価に抑えることができるとともに、エアカバー25の内周面と外周傾斜溝部材32Aの外周面との間の先端から噴射された圧縮空気をノズル本体部から噴射されるセメントミルクの周りを旋回させることができることから、高圧噴射ノズル装置から噴射される硬化材液の噴射到達距離を十分増大させることができる。【選択図】図5
