To provide a buckling restraint brace which can be easily attached to a structure, and furthermore can be prevented from causing such a problem that earthquake resistance and damping performance of the buckling restraint brace deteriorate, a mounting method of the buckling restraint brace, a structure, and construction method of a structure.SOLUTION: A buckling restraint brace 10 includes: a plate-shaped core material 20 mounted to the structure; a restraint member 30 that covers the outer circumferential side of the core material 20; and a position adjustment mechanism that adjusts the relative position between the core material 20 and the structure so that the axial force applied to the core material 20 from the structure is released.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
