WINDOW-EQUIPPED FIRE DOOR
To provide a well-designed window-equipped fire door.SOLUTION: A window-equipped fire door including an iron door body, and a sheet glass 10 inserted into a window 5 formed in the door body. The window 5 is composed of upper door surface materials 3a, 4a and lower door surface materials 3b, 4b, which are disposed by dividing the door surface materials 3, 4 into upper and lower portions, and two window constituent plates 6, 7 disposed by dividing the door surface materials into right and left ends, and the sheet glass 10 is held by the right and left window constituent plates 6, 7. The window constituent plates 6, 7 are attached to bones 1, 2 in a state in which the outer surfaces thereof are drawn-in in the thickness direction from the outer surfaces of the door surface materials 3, 4, and decorative plates 8, 9 are attached to the window constituent plates 6, 7. The thickness of the decorative plates 8, 9 is substantially the same as the thickness of the door surface materials 3, 4. When the decorative plates 8, 9 are attached to the window constituent plates 6, 7, the outer surface of the fire door becomes beautiful, and the outer surfaces of the decorative plates 8, 9 become substantially flush with the outer surfaces of the door surface materials 3, 4, so that a neat design without a step is completed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】デザイン性の高い窓付き防火扉を提供する。【解決手段】鉄製の扉本体と、扉本体に形成された窓部5に差し込まれた板硝子10を備える窓付き防火扉であって、窓部5は、扉表面材3,4を上下に分けて配置された上扉表面材3a,4aおよび下扉表面材3b,4bと、左右両端部に分けて配置された2つの窓構成板6,7とで構成されており、板硝子10は左右の窓構成板6,7で保持される。窓構成板6,7は、その外表面が扉表面材3,4の外表面から厚さ方向に引き込められた状態で骨1,2に取付けられており、窓構成板6,7には、化粧板8,9が取付けられている。化粧板8,9の厚さは、扉表面材3,4の厚さとほぼ同一である。窓構成板6,7に化粧板8,9を取付けると、防火扉の外面が美麗になると共に、化粧板8,9の外表面が扉表面材3,4の外表面と実質面一になるので段差の無いスッキリした意匠に仕上がる。【選択図】図1
