To provide a construction plan support device estimating a removed sludge amount during a sludge removal work accompanied by water injection.SOLUTION: A construction plan support device 100 used in a sludge removal work accompanied by water injection comprises: data input means 110 for inputting predetermined scheduled construction data of unconstructed works; data storage means 120 for storing construction result data including scheduled construction data and water injection rate data of a plurality of already constructed works; data reading means 130 for reading construction result data of a predetermined plurality of already constructed works from the data storage means 120; water injection rate prediction means 130 for predicting water injection rate of the unconstructed works based on the read construction result data of the plurality of already constructed works from the input scheduled construction data of unconstructed works; and removed sludge amount estimation means 130 for estimating a removed sludge amount in the unconstructed works from the predicted water injection rate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
