JOINTING METHOD OF PRECAST MEMBERS
To provide a jointing method of precast members allowing easy jointing, and improved in jointing strength thereof.SOLUTION: A jointing method of jointing first reinforcements 1 projecting sideward from a side face of one precast member 10 to second reinforcements 2 projecting sideward from the side face of the other precast member 20 in a lap joint, comprises steps of: setting spiral members 3 by making the spiral members penetrate the first reinforcements 1 of the one precast member 10; positioning the first reinforcements 1 and the second reinforcements 2 to be the lap joint arrangement by, in a sate of the spiral members 3 retreated to a position closer to the side face of the one precast member 10, moving the other precast member 20 to the direction roughly orthogonal to the extending direction of the second reinforcements 2; setting the spiral members 3 by sliding to cover the lap joint part of the first reinforcements 1 and the second reinforcements 2; and forming a joint part 30 by placing a solidification material among the precast members.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】容易に接合することができ、その接合強度を向上させることができるプレキャスト部材の接合方法を実現する。【解決手段】一方のプレキャスト部材10の側面から側方に突き出している第1の鉄筋1と、他方のプレキャスト部材20の側面から側方に突き出している第2の鉄筋2とを重ね継手にして接合する接合方法において、一方のプレキャスト部材10の第1の鉄筋1に螺旋状部材3を挿通させて設置する工程と、螺旋状部材3を一方のプレキャスト部材10の側面寄りの位置に待避させた状態で他方のプレキャスト部材20を第2の鉄筋2の延在方向と略直交する向きに移動させて第1の鉄筋1と第2の鉄筋2とが重ね継手の配置になるように位置合わせする工程と、第1の鉄筋1と第2の鉄筋2との重ね継手部分を覆うように螺旋状部材3をスライド移動させて設置する工程と、プレキャスト部材間に固化材料を打設して接合部30を形成する工程を有するようにした。【選択図】図5
