To provide a solidifying material for use in pavement or civil engineering work which solidifies in a shorter time than conventional manners, thereby making it difficult to flow out from a construction site, and also improving final strength and water resistance, and to provide a construction method therefor.SOLUTION: In a dry sandy solidifying material used for pavement or civil engineering work, the material is configured to contain aggregate, a water-soluble resin, a water-soluble crosslinking agent for crosslinking the water-soluble resin, and cement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
