FASTENING MECHANISM OF LINING PLATE AND LINING PLATE
To provide a fastening mechanism of a lining plate and the lining plate capable of fastening a bolt by using an electric seaming device without changing the positions of a mounting hole and a hanging hole even when the size of a girder material is different.SOLUTION: A fastening mechanism of a lining plate is provided with a pipe member 20, a guide member 40 attached so that its tip protrudes inside of the pipe member 20, a fastening metal fitting 10 provided with a cylindrical body part 12 mounted with a nut 14 attached to the lower end and a latching part 11 of a length required for latching a lining plate 60 to a girder material 70, and the fastening metal fitting 10 screwed with the nut 14 to penetrate the body part 12 from above; and is equipped with guide grooves 13, 13' formed so that the tip of the guide member 40 is positioned on the side face of the body part 12 is provided, and the latching part 11 is moved from a position where it does not interfere with the girder material 70 to a position where it can latch the girder material 70 when the fastening bolt 30 is tightened, and the lining plate is provided with fastening mechanisms 1, 1'.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 桁材のサイズが異なる場合でも、取付孔や吊り孔の位置を変更する必要がなく、電動巻締装置を使用してボルトの締着が可能な覆工板の締結機構及び覆工板を提供する。【解決手段】 覆工板の締結機構は、パイプ部材20と、先端がパイプ部材20の内側に突出するようにして取り付けられた案内部材40と、下端にナット14が取り付けられた円筒状の本体部12及び覆工板60を桁材70に掛止するために必要な長さの掛止部11を備えた締結金具10と、本体部12内を上方から貫通するようにしてナット14と螺合する締結金具10とを備え、本体部12の側面に案内部材40の先端が位置するようにして形成された案内溝13、13’が設けられ、締結ボルト30を締め込んだ際に掛止部11が桁材70と干渉しない位置から桁材70を掛止可能な位置へ移動するようにされたことを特徴とし、覆工板は締結機構1,1’を備えている。【選択図】図2
