To be advantageous in terms of cost, operation, and labor, make failure or deterioration less likely occur, and quickly restore the lifeline even in a disaster.SOLUTION: A management system of piping facilities includes: code display means Mc for displaying a read code 2 corresponding to a manhole Hm on a back surface Hcr side of a lid Hc of a manhole; code reading transmitting means Mr for reading the read code 2 by a mobile terminal 3 having a reading function Fr to transmit code data related to the read code 2 to a server computer 4 via a predetermined communication network N; and detailed information display means Md for allowing detailed content information Di corresponding to the code data registered in a database 5 attached to the server computer 4 to be displayed on a display 6 attached to the mobile terminal 3 when the code data is received.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
