TSUNAMI EVACUATION SHELTER INSTALLED INSIDE SOLID BUILDING SUCH AS CONDOMINIUM, HOTEL, AND BUILDING
To provide a tsunami evacuation shelter to solve the problem that a tsunami caused by the Nankai Trough mega-earthquake reaches in 1 to 5 minutes, with 10 m or 20 m high, and there is no time left to escape to an evacuation center, more than 320,000 people die, and it is said to occur in the midnight in the midwinter, when people sleep soundly in a house.SOLUTION: Condominiums, hotels, and other buildings are solid buildings, and when a glass window is broken by wave force, lateral force of the buildings is released and the buildings do not fall. There is no buoyancy on the buildings. Rooms of the buildings can be said to be the best evacuation site with the shortest time. Walls are maximally utilized. A bag-shaped vertical cylinder with a ceiling height having a volume of air necessary for survival is made to be a shelter. The cylinder is made of a waterproof reinforced plastic. When a small shelter with four corners protected by vertical frames is installed at a corner of a room, the shelter does not require an anchor and fall, and can avoid direct hits of floating objects. The shelter can also be made compact.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
