To provide an indoor sterilizer capable of drastically reducing chance for a person being infected with bacteria or viruses, by preventing time difference infection, by surely sterilizing bacteria or viruses floating in an air in a chamber or stuck to a wall, including these present a little before a person entering the chamber.SOLUTION: An indoor sterilizer 20 includes upper and lower ultraviolet irradiation units 21 and 22 and a control section 25. The upper ultraviolet irradiation unit 21 radiates the ultraviolet rays so as to cover all area of the upper space 7a located higher than a person's height in the room 7 and all wall surface facing the space, the lower ultraviolet irradiation unit 22 similarly irradiates the lower space 7b with ultraviolet rays, and the control unit always irradiates the upper space with ultraviolet rays, and in the lower space, an ultraviolet ray irradiation unit is controlled such that, by detecting the presence or absence of a person/an animal in the room, the ultraviolet rays are not radiated when filled with people and animal in the room, when not filled, the ultraviolet rays are radiated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】室内の空気中に浮遊したり、壁面に付着する細菌やウイルスを、人が室内に入る少し前から存在していたそれらを含めて、確実に殺菌して、時間差感染を防止し、人が細菌やウイルスに感染する機会を大きく低減することができる室内殺菌装置を提供する。【解決手段】室内殺菌装置20が上下部紫外線照射ユニット21、22と制御部25とを備え、上部紫外線照射ユニット21は室内7の人の身長より高い位置にある上方部空間7aの全域及び空間に面する全壁面に及ぶように紫外線を照射し、下部紫外線照射ユニット22は同様に下方部空間7bに紫外線を照射し、制御部は上方部空間には常に紫外線を照射し、下方部空間には室内の人・動物の存在・非存在を検知して、存在する場合には紫外線を照射せず、存在しない場合には紫外線を照射するように、紫外線照射ユニット制御する。【選択図】図1
