To provide a building entry/exit control system that can reduce the risk that a person, other than a resident, who enters a building using a digital key may act in a way that makes the resident feel uneasy.SOLUTION: A building entry/exit control system includes: a person detection unit that detects a person in a building 12; a digital key authentication unit that determines whether or not to authenticate a digital key when it is communicated wirelessly with a portable terminal 70 that has received the digital key from a server 50; and an unlocking control unit that unlocks a locking/unlocking device 22 of a door 21 that opens/closes an opening in an exterior wall of the building when the digital key is authenticated by the digital key authentication unit and the person detection unit detects only a subject who is a registered person.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
