To provide a hollow structure capable of reducing weight while ensuring strength, a bearing member and a manufacturing method of the hollow structure.SOLUTION: A hollow structure (1) is formed from ceramics. The hollow structure (1) comprises a body part (10) and a reinforcing part (20). The body part (10) has a spherical outer peripheral surface (11) and is hollow inside. The reinforcing part (20) is integrally molded with the body part (10) on an inner peripheral surface (12) of the body part (10) to reinforce the body part (10).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
