To provide an in-vehicle position determination device which allow for suppressing unintended operation of a vehicle due to erroneous detection of the position of a portable device.SOLUTION: An in-vehicle position determination device 100 comprises a vehicle interior detection unit 2 and a vehicle exterior detection unit 3. The in-vehicle position determination device 100 is configured to provide control to determine whether a portable device 101 is located in a vehicle interior 202 or a vehicle exterior 203 on the basis of each of a vehicle interior detection signal output from the vehicle interior detection unit 2 when the portable device 101 is near by and a vehicle exterior detection signal output by the vehicle exterior detection unit 3 when the portable device 101 is near by.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
