JOINT STRUCTURE OF STEEL BEAM AND PRECAST FLOOR SLAB
To provide a joint structure of a steel beam and a precast floor slab capable of absorbing steps when slabs of different thicknesses are employed in a mixed plane structure.SOLUTION: A joint structure 100 of a steel beam and a precast floor slab comprises a steel beam 12A configured in a steel structure and installed in a steel-framed section 1, a floor slab 13 installed in the steel-framed section 1, a precast floor slab 23 installed in another structural section 2 located adjacent to the steel-framed section 1 and configured in the other structure than the steel structure, an insert material embedded in the precast floor slab 23 so as to be exposed at a small opening 24 that faces the steel beam 12A, a joint material 3 arranged over the steel beam 12A and the small opening 24, a first joint 36 joining the steel beam 12A and the joint material 3, and a second joint 37 joining the joint material 3 and the insert material, and a thickness of the floor slab 13 installed in the steel-framed section 1 is different from a thickness of the precast floor slab 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】平面混構造において、異なる厚さのスラブを採用した場合に、段差を吸収することができる鉄骨梁とプレキャスト床版との接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】鉄骨梁とプレキャスト床版との接合構造100は、鉄骨造で構成された鉄骨造部1に設置された鉄骨梁12Aと、鉄骨造部1に設置される床版13と、鉄骨造部1と隣り合って配置され、鉄骨造以外の構造で構成された他構造部2に設置されたプレキャスト床版23と、プレキャスト床版23における鉄骨梁12A側を向く小口24に露出するように埋設されたインサート材と、鉄骨梁12A及び小口24にわたって配置される接合材3と、鉄骨梁12Aと接合材3とを接合する第1接合部36と、接合材3とインサート材とを接合する第2接合部37と、を備え、鉄骨造部1に設置される床版13の厚さと、プレキャスト床版23の厚さとは異なる。【選択図】図1
